The front desk staff were great - tried very hard to help and did, rooms are very large, beds very comfortable, free internet use but should set time limit for children using the computers.
When we arrived, we were given a room on the 1st floor, was lacking lights in the bathroom not very appealing view from the window, facing a busy street when we wanted to check out the next day, they gave us a "much" better room on the 8th floor which made everything else much better

Location is great for daily activities, room size is quite big, WiFi internet connection is free. And breakfast is good 8 out 10.
Like much of Buenos Aires care was required in this neighborhood. At night take a taxi just in front of the hotel to avoid surprises. Bathroom flooded on every shower you take.Definitely not good.

This hotel is located in the heart of the tourist district, making it easy to explore the area on foot or by taxi. the major tourist sites are within close proximity to the hotel. the rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with some offering beautiful views. the breakfast selection is impressive with a range of fresh baked goods and a variety of food choices to cater to different tastes.
The hotel's fitness equipment and swimming pool have been reported to be outdated and not as well-maintained as the other facilities.

Location is very central; I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Very large rooms, no street noise (I did unplug the fridge to be able to sleep).
The quality of the internet connection is extremely poor in all the rooms. One of the boys at reception was so good as to look for the room with the best signal, and even so it was only passable, and only in half of the room. This hotel should invest more in wifi; for the prize you pay you should be able to expect constant web acces.the neighbourhood is central, very busy during the day but not very inviting at night.

I found the lighting a little low. Had a hard time shaving because of low light.
